• Dr. Klaus Kessler, managing director of Naturhotels Chesa Valisa in Kleinwalsertal
• Mario Sauter, Operator of the Hörbar in Oberstdorf
• Kerstin Duchardt, managing partner of Euregio-offices

The jury decides on the three winners as well as the ideas with a good overall concept.
